Legal charges are based upon the time expended and the complexity of the Will. We do reserve the right to charge for further amendments after we have sent you one draft for approval and initial amendments and to charge an additional fee of £50 plus VAT for long initial interviews. Please note the above charges are based on simple Wills.
Please note we do not carry out home visits.
If it is necessary to obtain an official copy of title to determine how you hold your property this will cost £8.80 from the Land Registry, but this will be discussed in interview.
LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY
There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney namely one for Property and Financial Affairs and one for Health and Welfare.
Please note this company can only assist with the Property and Financial Affairs one. Our legal charges in this respect are £399.00 plus VAT and the Office of the Public Guardian currently charge £92.00 to register the same which does take approximately 12 weeks to register.
COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS
If you require a Commissioner for Oaths our fee is £10.00 and this is a quick process.
